Fens Transition Lab, Phase 2 – ​ A Year into the Journey​

Thank you to everyone who joined our recent webinar, “Fens Transition Lab, Phase 2: A Year into the Journey.” We were delighted to reconnect with partners from across the Future Fens Integrated Adaptation Programme, as well as welcome those who have joined the conversation more recently.

The session provided an overview of how Phase 2 has progressed over the past year - from broad scoping workshops to detailed intervention deep dives across our five thematic areas. We shared how stakeholder engagement has shaped the evolution of these themes into focused intervention packages, and how early assessments of investibility have guided where we concentrate our efforts among the 200+ ideas generated through the Lab.
